A friend texted me not too long ago. He had uploaded a 13-year-old song demo to an AI platform which spit out its own version. He asked me to listen.

The following story is my reaction to that song, as well as my co-hosts’ Maggie & Josh. But it’s not really about our reactions. More about the song itself. The years it was written during. The year we’re living in now. The time machines we create.
